Retrieval: Daily inside the accepted folder, supported OEMs, and rolling 180-day period
Processing: Approved infrastructure, OCR, business/API model routes, controlled local models, and assigned review
Raw content: Retrieved only as needed for a relevant alert or case; deleted under the active Claim Guard retention profile
Revocation: Disconnect immediately from Integrations; future retrieval stops and existing data enters the disclosed lifecycle

I am authorized to establish continuing source access for Cascade Equipment Group. I accept the listed monitoring purpose, frequency, source boundary, provider routes, human review, and retention profile. I understand Warranty Rescue alerts and prepares customer-controlled action; it does not autonomously submit or modify OEM claims.
