Security and data handlingSecurity and data handling

Use the records you authorize. Keep every conclusion tied to its source.

Warranty Rescue keeps source access, processing purpose, retention, and customer-controlled action clear throughout the workflow.

01

Scoped source access

The selected source, account, scope, date range, item limits, attachment choice, and connection duration are shown before processing.

02

Separate authorities

Identity, organization role, source permission, processing route, human review, retention, purchase, and external action remain separate decisions.

03

Purpose-led processing

Customer content stays within the requested workflow and uses only the services needed to provide it.

04

Purpose limitation

Customer content is used for the accepted Warranty Rescue purpose and required service, security, support, legal, export, correction, and deletion operations—not advertising or unrelated model use.

05

Retention and deletion

Raw source, processed data, case records, deliverables, security records, commercial records, and minimized deletion receipts follow their stated profiles.

06

Customer-controlled action

Warranty Rescue may organize evidence and action materials. The customer controls each manufacturer submission and communication; no OEM outcome is guaranteed.

07

Necessary-only measurement

Measurement focuses on necessary, content-free security and reliability events. Advertising, session replay, and audience processing are excluded from the customer workflow.

Source boundary

Read-only means bounded.

  • The selected source and processing purpose are named before content is accepted.
  • Customer authorization does not grant unrelated mailbox, file, send, modify, delete, or organization-wide access.
  • Provider and processing details remain traceable throughout the workflow.
  • Findings preserve source lineage, coverage, limitations, and a recoverable next action.
  • Customer-controlled manufacturer action remains separate from analysis and evidence preparation.
